Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy 

We understand that life happens and plans may need to shift. If you need to reschedule your elopement, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your new requested date. However, please note that availability is not guaranteed and is subject to our existing calendar. If you choose to cancel your elopement service, please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your date and time, and covers the time and resources dedicated to planning your ceremony. We’re here to support you every step of the way and will always strive to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

WHAT TYPES OF CEREMONIES DO YOU OFFICIATE 

We specialize in intimate elopements and Your day your Way Elopement, offering personalized ceremonies that reflect your love story. 

ARE YOUR ELOPEMENT PACKAGES INTERCHANGEABLE?** 

 Each of our elopement packages is thoughtfully curated to deliver a distinct, elevated experience. They are not interchangeable, as each one is uniquely designed to reflect different styles, settings, and levels of personalization. 


WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND DO YOU TRAVEL? 

 We are based in Chatham County, Savannah, GA we travel to surrounding counties and popular destination elopements. Travel fees apply. 

Local Counties: Starting at $50 
Jekyll Island/St Simons starting at $150 
Hilton Head, SC $100 travel fee 


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

 With the exception of the Coffee Shop Simple Signing, those are Officiated daily, at least 15-60 days in advance, especially for popular dates. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute elopements when available. Yes we are currently booking our elopement packages for 2026.

GEORGIA COUPLES

 Marriage licenses from any county in Georgia are accepted, regardless of where your ceremony takes place. 



SOUTH CAROLINA COUPLES

 South Carolina law requires that the license signing must occur within the state. If you're eloping in Hilton Head or another SC location, we’ll ensure your signing complies with state requirements. 


CEREMONY DETAILS

CAN WE CUSTOMizE OUR CEREMONY?

 Absolutely! Every ceremony is tailored to your preferences, whether you want something spiritual, secular, romantic, or fun. 


DO YOU HELP WITH VOW WRITING?

 Yes! We offer guidance to help you craft heartfelt vows that reflect your relationship, we also will write unique vows for you after a relationship questionnaire is completed. 


HOW LONG IS THE CEREMONY?

 Most elopement ceremonies last between 10–40 minutes, depending on your preferences and any added elements, time includes our mini and micro photoshoot. 


LEGAL & DOCUMENTATION

DO YOU HANDLE THE MARRIAGE LICENSE?

You’ll need to obtain your marriage license from your local county clerk. I’ll guide you through the process and ensure it’s signed and submitted correctly after the ceremony. We offer to drop off Chatham County Marriage License, just give us your mailing address, we will send a photo when we drop off at the Chatham County courthouse. 


ARE YOU LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO OFFICiaTE WEDDINGS?

Yes, I am an ordained minister, legally authorized to perform weddings. 



PACKAGES & PRICING

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR ELOPEMENT PACKAGES?

Packages typically include ceremony, officiating, vow assistance, and travel. Custom add-ons like photography and Wedding Arch accommodations are available. 


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the ceremony.
